Six beach front apartments with ocean view. One and two bedroom apartments, with living-dining and family room facilities, fully equipped with air conditioned master bedroom and all other rooms with ceiling fans. All apartments are tastefully decorated and include:

· Kitchen appliances: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all table and silverware · Television with Satellite  · Wireless Internet ·  Linens, blankets and towels provided · One parking space per apartment

All of the apartments are on the second floor of the two mid-twentieth century vintage restored properties and are accessed by stairs.  

Each apartment is uniquely designed and appointed, but all except for one studio can accommodate from two to four adults and additional children can also be accommodated in provided inflatable beds. The master bedroom in all of the apartments has a queen bed. One apartment has an additional bedroom with two twin beds. Four other apartments have a family room with a futon that sleeps two. In addition there is a studio apartment that can accommodate two persons, but if needed, inflatable beds are available.

`In addition to the six apartments, Marina Real offers a fisherman’s house. This property is accessed from Marina Real and from La Carrasca pedestrian walkway that provides access to the beach. This unique property has two bedrooms, fully air conditioned, which sleeps four persons on the second story which has a terrace with ocean view and on the first floor it has living-dining room facilities with the amenities offered in all of our apartments.

Rates:

 Rates per day vary from $100 to $150, weekly from $600 to $950 and monthly rates also available.
